Can I get ByKathryn samples?
Samples are a good way to try our fragrances. Our samples cards are complimentary and will give you a good sense of our fragrances. Orders are restricted to one sample per order.
How do I use my promotional code?
To redeem a promotional code, simply enter a valid ByKathryn code when prompted to do so on the checkout page. Please note only one promotional code can be used per order. Promotional codes do not apply to already reduced items.
Do you offer a discount for large or corporate orders?
Yes we do! We are always happy to work with corporate clients, so do get in touch with us
Can I buy your products locally?
We are an expanding brand and are adding retail stockists all the time. Please check our Stockists page for the latest information

What are the delivery charges?
We are restricted to sending no more than 4 bottles in each parcel, so if you order more we will split it into more than one parcel. You will only be charged for one delivery. We offer free standard UK delivery for all orders over £30.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, and process payments through PayPal and Stripe, you do not need a PayPal account to pay, and no financial information is shared with us.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order please call us on 07714 701 714 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery is via Royal Mail and is sent Second Class, so you should receive items within 3 - 5 working days. If you haven't received your order within this time, do get in touch.
How secure is shopping on the site, is my data protected?
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology so you can be assured that your details are stored safely and securely, we also do not see or keep any of your financial information.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive an email detailing your order and payment confirmation, if you need any further details then do get in touch.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, due to transport regulations, we are not permitted to send individual perfume orders overseas but for bulk orders, please get in touch either by phone on +44 (0)7714 701 714 (Mon-Thur 9:30-17:00, Fri 9:30-16:00) or send an email to email@example.com and we can see if we can assist you.
