What are the delivery charges?

Letterbox sized small items cost £1 +VAT delivery charge

Larger items are sent as second class parcels costing £3.20 + VAT delivery charge

We are restricted to sending no more than 4 bottles of any size in each parcel, so if you order more we will split it into more than one parcel. But you will only be charged for one delivery.

We offer free standard UK delivery for all orders over £25

Currently we don't ship overseas but we are working on this!

How long will delivery take?

Delivery is via Royal Mail and is sent Second Class. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 days and second class takes 3 - 5 working days depending on how busy they are. If you haven't received your order after 7 days, do get in touch.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and process payments through PayPal and Stripe, you do not need a PayPal account to pay, and no financial information is shared with us.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an email detailing your order and payment confirmation, And we will email you when your order has been dispatched.

Can I get ByKathryn samples?

Samples are a good way to try our fragrances. Our samples cards are complimentary and will give you a good sense of our fragrances. Orders are restricted to one sample per order.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, due to transport regulations, we are not permitted to send individual perfume orders overseas. This may change in the future so please keep in touch!

For non liquid perfume products we are looking into opening up to the overseas market so watch this space.

How do I use my promotional code?

To redeem a promotional code, simply enter a valid ByKathryn code when prompted to do so on the checkout page. Please note only one promotional code can be used per order. Promotional codes do not apply to already reduced items.

Do you offer a discount for large or corporate orders?

Yes we do! We are always happy to work with corporate clients, so do get in touch with us. Email kathryn@bykathryn.ltd with your enquiry

Can I buy your products locally?

We are an expanding brand and are adding retail stockists all the time. Please check our Stockists page for the latest information.

If you live in the Berkhamsted area and want to pick up your order please email kathryn@bykathryn.ltd and we can arrange that and not charge for delivery, if under £25.
