What are the delivery charges?

Letterbox sized small items cost £2 delivery charge

Larger items are sent as second class parcels costing £5 delivery charge

We are restricted to sending no more than 4 bottles of perfume, hand sanitiser or diffuser of any size in each parcel, so if you order more we will split it into more than one parcel. But you will only be charged for one delivery.

We offer free standard UK delivery for all orders over £25

Currently we don't ship perfume, hand sanitisers or diffusers overseas but we are working on this!

For overseas orders of non liquid products please contact kathryn@bykathryn.ltd for a delivery quote.


How long will delivery take?

Delivery is via Royal Mail and is sent Second Class. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 days and second class takes 3 - 5 working days depending on how busy they are. If you haven't received your order after 7 days, do get in touch.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, due to transport regulations, we are not permitted to send individual perfume orders overseas. This may change in the future so please keep in touch!

For non liquid perfume products we are looking into opening up to the overseas market so watch this space.

How do I use my promotional code?

To redeem a promotional code, simply enter a valid ByKathryn code when prompted to do so on the checkout page. Please note some promotional codes can only be used once per order or on their own without other codes. Promotional codes do not apply to already reduced items.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and process payments through PayPal and Stripe, you do not need a PayPal account to pay, and no financial information is shared with us.

Do I get an invoice with my order?

Yes, you will receive an email detailing your order and payment confirmation, And we will email you when your order has been dispatched.

Can I get BYKATHRYN perfume samples?

Samples are a good way to try our fragrances.

You can either purchase our Travel Lite Minis which contains a 2ml bottle of each fragrance or email us to request a complimentary sample card of each perfume. Email your request to kathryn@bykathryn.ltd

Do you offer a discount for large or corporate orders?

Yes we do! We are always happy to work with corporate clients, so do get in touch with us. Email kathryn@bykathryn.ltd with your enquiry

Can I buy your products locally?

We mainly sell online and offer free UK delivery on orders over £25

If you live in the Berkhamsted area and want to pick up your order please email kathryn@bykathryn.ltd and we can arrange that and not charge for delivery, if under £25.

We do stock a limited range of our items in some outlets and this may change from time to time so please check out our stockists page for information.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel an order please call us on 07714 701 714 and leave a message or send an email to kathryn@bykathryn.ltd as soon as possible.

How secure is shopping on your site and is my date protected?

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology so you can be assured that your details are stored safely and securely, we also do not see or keep any of your financial information.
